Caitlyn Mason
President
Caitlyn is a junior studying Dramatic Writing and Film. Born & raised in Orange County, CA, Caitlyn joined Delta Gamma as a freshman in Spring 2024. She previously served as VP: Communications and Director of Social Media. As President, she aims to bring sisters together and foster an environment that encourages each sister to grow and be the best she can be. Outside of DG, you can find her at 30 Rock, where she works in the post production department at NBC, or at the ice rink (she’s also an officer for the NYU Figure Skating team)! Sarah Lellis
Vice President of Social Standards
Sarah is a sophomore studying Biology on the Pre-Medicine track. She was born and raised in Austin, Texas, and joined Delta Gamma as a freshman in Fall 2024. As Vice President of Social Standards, she aims to create a supportive, empowering, and open culture environment where members feel comfortable going to her when concerns arise. Outside of Delta Gamma, you can find her researching for the Empower Lab through NYU Langone, working with the NYDM Executive Board (as a Family Relations Chair), dancing through NYU Pulse, and spending time with friends! Joy Chen
Vice President of Finance
Joy is a junior studying Economics while also pursuing a minor in Business Studies. She grew up primarily in Upstate New York, and joined Delta Gamma as a freshman in Fall 2023. She previously served as Social Chair (2025) and Director of Funds (2024). As the Vice President of Finance, she oversees Delta Gamma Eta Phi‘s annual budget, manages chapter dues, and ensures transparency in all financial matters. Her goal is to ensure the chapter’s funds are used in ways that best serve our sisterhood. Outside of Greek life, you can find her playing lacrosse, practicing piano, sculpting pottery pieces, or cheering on the Buffalo Bills. Feel free to reach out to her via the email below!

Kylie Nguyen
Vice President of Communications
Kylie is currently a junior studying Hospitality and Marketing. She is from Orange County, CA and joined Delta Gamma as a freshman in Fall 2023. As the Vice President of Communications, she can’t wait to connect with sisters and share what DG is all about on social media! In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, exploring the city, and creating content (personal and work related). Leonora Frangos
Vice President of Programming
Leonora is a sophomore studying International Relations, while also pursuing a minor in Business Studies. She was raised in Manhattan, New York City and joined Delta Gamma as a freshman in the Fall of 2024. As Vice President of Programming, she plans to channel her organization and creativity into strengthening our sense of sisterhood. Her first priority is to make all event suggestions possible and to bring our sisters together through fun and frequent activities. Ella Barron
Vice President of Member Education
Ella is a sophomore studying Dance at Tisch while also pursuing a minor in Business. She’s from Dallas, TX and joined Delta Gamma as a Freshman in Fall 2024. As Vice President of Member Education, she hopes to create a positive, supportive environment for all members and can’t wait to see new friendships grow. Sophia Gurulè
Vice President of Membership
Sophia is a Drama and Psychology double major at Tisch and CAS currently in her Junior Year. She previously trained at the Meisner studio and is beyond excited to start her journey at Stonestreet in the spring. Sophia is from Southwest Florida and loves nothing more than time in the water, her pug, and the sunshine. She joined DG spring of ‘24 and has since served on Merch Committee and as the Director of Primary Recruitment this past recruitment season. When not locking herself in Bobst, Sophia loves to run, take class at STEPS, go on random side quests, find new spots for sweet treats and of course hang out with her DG girls. Sofia Awikeh
Vice President of Panhellenic
Sofia is a junior studying media, culture, and communications in Steinhardt. She was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Sofia joined Delta Gamma fall 2023, her freshman year. She previously held 3 JCMT positions: E-Comms, Honor Board Sophomore Member, and NYDM Team Captain. As Vice President Panhellenic, she aims to bring Delta Gamma closer to the other greek organization on campus, and promote friendship across chapters! Outside of DG, she runs her own small business called Sof’s Nails, where she does nails for people on campus.

Pilar Avila
Vice President of Foundation
Pilar is a junior studying entertainment business and marketing. Born and raised in Cancun, Mexico, Pilar joined Delta Gamma during her sophomore year in the fall of 2024. She previously served as Director of Anchor Splash. As Vice President of Foundation, she aims to integrate the social and philanthropic aspects of Delta Gamma, bringing sisterhood into fundraising. She’s also B+ Liaison for NYDM. Outside of DG, she wants to work in production or marketing in the entertainment industry.
